In 30 Days, I Changed my Body... and my Life.
I wasn’t planning on developing this routine or engineering these boards, I was just in the pool supporting my wife who had hurt her shoulder a few years ago. Resting her arms on our kid’s body board, she walked in place for 45 minutes in the pool every day. Joining her, I grabbed the other body board on the patio. Bored after the first fifteen minutes, I decided to add some pressure by pushing down on the board. Within minutes I felt a cool but comfortable exertion, letting me know that I had pushed my muscles. The next day I created a few more exercises.
Within a week I had developed this program, and a few more days I was already seeing sizable changes in my body. By day 15, my body had radically transformed. I couldn’t believe it! I found myself gaining strength and muscularity in days rather than months as I had in the gym in my twenties. I just kept taking photos and daily watched the results. In the process, I developed a specialized board, specifically maximized for the routine I had developed. I was amazed at how much more enjoyable and impactful the program was with the new Hydro Shred board.
Now, I gone back to wearing my full wardrobe (I hated the way I looked in V-Necks), confident in my body and experiencing strength gains like never before! I’m not afraid of the camera anymore either. I am confident you will see similar results!*
Below is visual progression of the body transformation I have experienced since starting this program. Remember you can workout as intense or as light as you desire. I don’t also push it to an 11 everyday (although I did the first 30 days), but I workout every day, because I don’t suffer the soreness that is so common with weight-based workouts.
